If your item is in stock, and you order before 3pm we will dispatch your order the very day you place it, after 3pm and it will be dispatched the next day.

Standard £3.50 | Should take between 1-5 working days.
Nextday £6.99 | Guaranteed next day for UK orders only.
Nextday Saturday £8.99 | Guaranteed to arrive Saturday if ordered on Friday
International £15 | Can take up to 10 days, any excess paid will be refunded.

Extended returns.

For the festive period we have extended our returns period deadlines to make your Christmas present shopping a little easier. If you order anything in december you have until the 10th of January 2009 to return the item to us for a refund and until the end of the month for store credit.

Free exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for any reason we will upon receiving the returned item send out the desired exchange completely free off charge. All return policy timeframe's must be adhered too and this offer only applies to exchanges where the ordered item and item requested are equal in value.

This offer does not apply to sale items.

Nextday notes

Delivery will occur with most items the next working day by 1pm on Mondays to Fridays (except public and bank holidays). Sometimes delivery on Saturdays can happen if the item arrives at your local delivery office that day, but we can't guarantee delivery.

KW16-17, PH30, PH41, PH42, PH43-44.

In busy times we will tell you if there are any delays. Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery or equivalent, so a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address (UK only) when you place your order.

Obviously the postman does not work Sundays so any order placed on Friday/Saturday will generally not arrive until after the weekend. This includes next day delivery unless the “Next day Saturday” service is selected.

Returns


Bigbadbuffalo.com believes that the beauty of the internet is quick, easy and hassle free shopping; this however is lost by many companies with long winded returns policies.

All we ask is that if you do not like your item for whatever reason; return it to us in its original condition. This means exactly as you received the item, folded, bagged (where possible) with all the labels all still in place and you will receive a FULL REFUND. Please return the unused goods within 14 days of delivery, and we can also offer you an exchange or credit note. If you require a refund it is critical that you return the item within 14 days, if you return an item after the 14 day period we can only offer store credit. You have 30 days from the receipt of your ordered goods to return them to us for store credit, after this period no refunds or store credit can be applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All these procedures must be followed to complete the return. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered you have up to 30 days from when you received your order to return the item to us. Email yourorder@bigbadbuffalo.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether your require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please allow 4 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card has been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address.

Part order or missing order

First check you receipt. If it only details the items contained in the package, the rest of your order will be arriving separately with its own receipt. Regrettably mistakes can happen, so if you have received your order and an item is missing, please email customerservices@bigbadbuffalo.com quoting your order number and the missing item, and we will investigate the matter further.

Return postage

If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. However if the item is faulty or not as ordered then we will refund the reasonable cost of return postage. Please note the item is you responsibility until it reaches us. If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered, please email customerservices@bigbadbuffalo.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, and the details of the fault/mistake. We will then advise on how to proceed with return.

Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
